The Berkheimer Group at
Morgan Stanley

After losing two staff members, The Berkheimer Group had gaps in its service team, lacked organizational process documentation and needed someone to create sustainable processes.  After diagnosing the greatest needs, Ashley lead the team in implementing new technologies, discovering team capacity pressure points, and creating new, sustainable processes to allow the organization to strategically invest its resources appropriately.

Frederick's Oktoberfest

Never afraid to disrupt the norm, this festival was strategically transformed from a three day event to a 1.5 day event while sustaining the proceeds raised for the benefiting organizations. Through thoughtful budget control, addition of revenue streams, and other strategic decisions, the event was a huge success raising nearly $130K while minimizing the volunteer manpower necessary for implementation.

Power of Change Frederick

A vision of Ashley's, Power of Change Frederick is Frederick, Maryland's newest project to showcase that the 'whole is often greater than the sum of its parts.' Designed to use recycled parking meters as donation stations, contributions of quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies are collectively gathered to support the many nonprofit organizations in the Frederick community. Together, those donations will have the opportunity to impact and drive real change.

DMAIG Mosaic Project

The first major fundraiser for this national organization, this fundraising project was a multi-year effort to raise money for the fight against pediatric cancer and to preserve the memories of Penn State alumni. Working through university bureaucracy and organizational fears, the campaign raised nearly $48,000 and included thousands of picture entries.  This project has an online and a printed component.
